So we started off the month of August going to the annual Kinmartin Family Picnic. Regan had so much fun seeing all of her little cousins that are about her age. We also had a little fun on the playground in between times it was raining (a family picnic tradition).
Yes, Mommy went down the slide too!
We took Regan to the Erie County Fair this year, with Grandma Gannon. Of course we forgot the digital camera, so all we had was the phone to take pictures. Regan loved looking at all the animals, and making all the animal noises. She kept on signing for "more, more". She loved watching all the people and the exhibits too. The only thing she wasn't too fond of was the Midway, because it was just too noisy. Of course Mom and Grandma's favorite part was the food. We ate all of our favorites!

Here are some pictures from the past few weeks:
Regan loves to "talk" on the phone. She's actually starting to put words together.
Today she was playing peek-a-boo behind her bath towel, and I was "looking" for her.
She pulled the towel away and said "Hi Momma!"
Regan has also become a budding artist. She loves to color, but won't just decorate a plain piece of paper.
You have to draw something for her to "color". So we drew a picture of Pita and Cosmo.

Taking a tip from the girls of the Jersey Shore...sporting a "bump"
We put a concrete patio in the back yard,
and Regan was enamored with throwing the dirt and rocks around.
Out for ice cream the other day. Not surprisingly, Daddy has more ice cream on his face than Regan.
I'm going to make more of an effort to post more often. This weekend we are going on a family weekend getaway to Pittsburgh, so when I get back I will post some more pictures.
